Digital Services
Because our services involve digital work such as website design, development, hosting, and digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the work has begun or services have been delivered.
Subscription Plans
For subscription-based services:
• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time
• Cancellation will stop future billing
• Payments already processed are non-refundable
Project-Based Services
For custom website projects or development services:
• Any advance payment made to initiate work is non-refundable
• If a project is canceled midway, charges will apply for work already completed
Duplicate Payments
If a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
